"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever does."  --Margaret Mead

It starts with you the individual or small group that wants to change the world.  You, that wants to build a healthy, sustainable food system where everyone, rich or poor, of any race or ethnicity, eats locally-grown food and understands the benefits to the community, to the human spirit, to the body and mind.  You have organized and mobilized others to grow or distribute food.  You have educated many of all ages, and now, you are looking for a sustainable solution for continuing this work.

At The Food Project we are a year round organization fully invested in our programs, youth and land.  Although we do not have the ability to replicate our organization at this time we are fully supportive of interest in our ideas and operations.  If you are interested in learning more about how to run your own youth project, we can help you through The Food Project Institute, LIFT, BLAST, Food Project texts and even through conferences calls and meetings.  We love what we do and believe in it strongly and want to help you to do the same!
