Community Groups

During your group’s Serve & Grow session, volunteers will:
  • Gain new skills and learn about sustainable farming and the food system in a hands-on way.
  • Build stronger relationships with others in the group.
  • Feel accomplishment and pride in working to provide food for their community.
  • Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Community groups are welcome to make a donation as a part of their day of service to offset the cost of staffing your visit, but we do not require a financial contribution to volunteer on the farm.

Corporate Groups
Participating in Serve & Grow benefits your company by:
  • Increasing the impact of your company’s overall philanthropic efforts.
  • Visibly affirming your company’s support for your community.
  • Fostering trust, collaboration, and respect among your team members.
  • Providing a refreshing environment that brings out new skills and creative thinking employees can apply back at the office.
In order to cover the cost of staffing for your visit and to support our work, most corporate groups make a financial contribution as part of their day of service, ranging from $500-$5,000 depending on capacity. However, we do not require a financial contribution to volunteer on the farm.
